| Employee Communication Sample Sharing |
| This feature of our website contains "best practices" in employee communication for your use. Members who supply two samples annually will have access to a wide range of materials from other employers - print and electronic: SPDs, enrollment, retiree, etc. Just let Deb Guarino know that you have a presentation, PDF or website link to share. She'll make the materials available to other members and give you access to the Employee Communication resources. |

| Group Purchasing Program Tools Support |
| Our group purchasing programs (Rx, dental, vision) provide value in a number of ways - through preferred pricing, leading-edge performance guarantees, HAC-paid expertise such as contract review and audits. | Communicating Patient Safety |
| Leapfrog Group has prepared materials for use with member employees and retirees and HAC has released a report on Northeast and Central Ohio hospitals' safety practices, geared toward employees. Additionally, Leapfrog has posted information that may help inspire dialogue with health plan companies, especially as contracts approach renewal. |
